EU Parliament Resolution Introduction
EU議会で「子の連れ去り禁止」を日本に要請する決議案が全会一致で採択されました。本ページではその経緯の詳細を記します。
In mid 2019 several petitions were filed at the European Union Parliament by two associations (Japan Child Abduction and Sauvons Nos Enfants Japon) on behalf of European parents (both mothers and fathers) from Germany, France, the United Kingdom and Spain whose children were abducted to or within Japan.
2019年半ば、ドイツ、フランス、イギリス、スペインのヨーロッパ人の親達（母親と父親の両方）を代表して、子どもを日本国内でまたは日本に、連れ去られた2つの団体（Japan Child AbductionとSauvons Nos Enfants Japon）が、欧州連合議会で複数の請願書を提出しました。

Later, further petitions were filed by individual parents from Italy (Tommaso Perina) and France (Vincent Fichot) whose children were abducted within Japan.
その後、イタリア（Tommaso Perina）、フランス（Vincent Fichot）出身の両親が日本国内で連れ去られた子供たちのために、さらなる請願書を提出しました。
The petitions were discussed on the 19th of February 2020 at the European Parliament in Brussels.

As a result of the petition discussion, the European Parliament has produced a draft Motion for a Resolution on international and domestic parental abduction of EU children in Japan.

Members voted on the draft Motion for a Resolution on international and domestic parental abduction of EU children in Japan on the 16th of June 2020, and it was unanimously adopted and will be voted on by all EU politicians in July this year.
2020年6月16日に開催された「日本におけるEUの子どもの国際的・国内的な親の連れ去りに関する決議のための動議案」について、メンバーが投票を行い、全会一致で採択され、今年7月には全EUの政治家による投票が行われることになりました。
